He holds a master's degree in economics and political science (with first class honors) from the American University (Cairo) 1980, bachelor's degree in economics and political science with first class honors (from the American University (Cairo) 1977, general education certificate (GCE) from the University of London 1973. Mr. Al-Labban has extensive experience in the commercial and investment banking sectors, internationally and regionally, especially in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
